Return and Exchange
We at MoodyCase are devoted to making you happy whenever you shop with us. Every order goes through a quality check stage before it get sent out to you however things could happen sometime. If you received a damaged or wrong item please contact us right away.
If you wish to return or exchange your item(s), please email us at Support@MoodyCases.com with the reason of return within 7 days of receiving your order. Photo will be required if item was a damage return.

Return item(s) will be refunded using the same method in which it was paid. Refunds will appear on your account within one week of our processing the returned package. You will receive an email notifying you of the refund. 

Please note, you are responsible for all shipping fee unless the item received is incorrect or damaged by us.
