Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If your item hasn’t been used, you’re welcome to exchange it within 30 days of the shipping date.
Please note:
All sales are final.
Refunds are only issued for defective items.
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
If your order arrives damaged or falls under our warranty, we’ll gladly replace it. Just reach out to us at return@kozicase.com to get started.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
How to make an exchange?
If you’d like to exchange your product, please send the unused case to the address below. Don’t forget to include a note with your name, order number, what you’d like to exchange it for, and the reason for the swap.
